Our Story
Connecting people through food — that's why Vanilla exists.
Our founder, Vitalii Korsikov, grew up as the oldest of four children in Ukraine, helping his mother sell her cakes on the street. Over the years the family turned her dream into a business — bakeries and cafés across Odesa and Kyiv. Then the war forced him to leave everything behind. He came to Miami and, in June 2024, opened Vanilla, carrying his mother's recipes — which she still sends him from Ukraine.
Today Vanilla is a European coffee house and patisserie with two cafés in Greater Miami, Downtown and Hollywood. Each café has its own kitchen and makes everything from scratch, including all of our desserts, alongside third-wave specialty coffee. Pistachio from Brazil, Belgian chocolate, farmer's cheese from Ukraine — we source the best from every part of the world.
